Before purchase, we confirm the item's provenance with the selling retailer. We require proof of brand authorization and a record of the original stock acquisition.

Every item is handled by at least one trained specialist. We examine construction, hardware, labeling, and material using both visual and tactile evaluation.

Expert review
Items above EGP 5,000 receive a second review from a category specialist. Disagreements are resolved by escalation — the item is held until consensus.

Authentication certificate
A digital certificate is generated for each item, logging the inspector ID, inspection date, check results, and any noted observations. This is linked to your order.

Sealed shipping
Authenticated items are packaged in tamper-evident seals. If the seal is broken on arrival, your return is processed within 24 hours, no questions asked.
