Accessibility Statement

Ecommerce Masters is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility standards.

1. Conformance Status

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities.

2. Measures Taken

Ecommerce Masters takes the following measures to ensure accessibility:

  • Semantic HTML and ARIA landmarks are used throughout the site so screen readers can navigate efficiently.
  • All interactive elements are reachable via keyboard with a visible focus indicator.
  • Color is never the sole means of conveying information — text labels accompany all status indicators.
  • Images have descriptive alt text; purely decorative images carry an empty alt attribute.
  • Touch targets meet or exceed the 44 × 44 CSS pixel minimum recommended by WCAG.
  • Motion-heavy animations respect the prefers-reduced-motion media query.

3. Known Limitations

We are actively working to address any remaining gaps. If you encounter an accessibility barrier not listed here, please let us know.

4. Feedback and Contact

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of Ecommerce Masters. If you experience any difficulty using our site, please contact us:

Email: accessibility@ecommerce-masters.example
We aim to respond within 2 business days.

5. Formal Complaints

If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to escalate your complaint to the relevant national authority for disability rights in your country.
